A lot of it also has to do with my actual penmanship, too. Learn calligraphy – I started with fake calligraphy and I just bought a real calligraphy pen today! I’m definitely using the wrong kind of paper (printer paper, anyone?), so it doesn’t feel totally smooth, but it’s so much fun. While I am enjoying yoga so much and I feel like it is making a huge impact on my life, I want to delve deeper into the spiritual aspects of it. But I also want to be more in tune with myself, and use yoga as a meditative and reflective practice. I’m not talking about just doing cool poses, but that is part of it – I’m working on building up the strength to do handstands and forearm stands and the flexibility to do standing splits and scorpions, etc. Practice more yoga – I have truly come so far in 2.5 short months, but there’s so much more I want to learn.I also wrote in it for half a month in March last year, so not sure what to do about that either. I meant to start it at the beginning of 2015, but oops. That way, you keep the journal for 4 years. I also have one of those reflection journals (is that what they’re called?), where they have a couple lines for each day, but sets of 4 for each day. I think it will be really fun & interesting to follow it. I found this blog where the writer posts a list of daily journaling prompts for each month. I bought a moleskine for this purpose – a pink one (which actually makes me really happy). Journal – and actually journal with pen & paper.
